3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, clients agree to:

• Follow the recommendations and guidelines provided by Tech Apex to optimize the use of the technology solutions implemented.

4. Payment Terms

• Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
• Payments are due as specified in the invoice or agreement.
• Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in the payment agreement.

5. Confidentiality

Tech Apex and its clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of their partnership. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technological details, and personal data.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Tech Apex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
• Our liability for direct damages will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Warranty and Disclaimers

• Tech Apex strives to provide high-quality services; however, we do not guarantee that our solutions will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• We disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice.
• Upon termination, clients will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
• Any outstanding payments must be settled within 30 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. 

10. Amendments

Tech Apex reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
